Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.

Inform us at info@aetherion.bio of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).
Sealed-vial exception
In accordance with Article 16 of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once unsealed. Vials with broken tamper-evident seals are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
