These Terms & Conditions govern the supply of research-grade compounds by Ætherion Biotech AG ("Ætherion") to qualified buyers ("Customer"). By placing an order, the Customer accepts these terms in full.
1. Eligibility
Customer confirms they are at least 21 years of age and are a qualified researcher, registered laboratory, or otherwise authorised to handle research compounds under applicable law.
2. Use restriction
All material is supplied strictly for controlled laboratory research. The compounds are not for human or animal consumption, medical, cosmetic, or household applications.
3. Pricing & payment
Prices are quoted in EUR and exclude applicable taxes unless stated. Payment is processed via Airwallex.
4. Delivery
Orders dispatch from our EU warehouse via DHL Express within 24 hours of order confirmation. Estimated delivery 1–5 business days within the EU.
5. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law, Ætherion's liability is limited to the value of the supplied goods.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the substantive law of Switzerland. Place of jurisdiction is Switzerland.
