Origin & carrier
All orders dispatch from our EU warehouse via DHL Express. Estimated delivery is 1–5 business days within the EU.
Dispatch time
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation. Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a business day typically ship the same day.
Shipping fees
Free DHL Express shipping on orders over €200. Below this threshold, a flat €18.90 shipping fee applies.
Non-EU destinations
Where shipping is available outside the EU, the Customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import documentation.
Tracking
A tracking link is sent by email upon dispatch. All shipments are sealed in tamper-evident packaging.
